How do I apply to attend Wayne STEM Academy during the 2025-26 school year?
Applications will open on January 27, 2025.
What grades does Wayne STEM serve?
For the 2025-2026 school, we will accept students grades K-5.
Do I have to apply if my child is already enrolled at Wayne STEM Academy?
No, if your child is currently attending Wayne STEM they do not need to apply for next year.
What if I want to learn more about the school prior to completing the application?
Wayne STEM Academy will be hosting multiple events during the Application for Enrollment period. Events will be posted on the Wayne STEM Academy Facebook Page and reminders will be sent to families that have applied.
Look for Wayne STEM Academy Team Members around town at various community events!
How will I know if my application was submitted correctly?
Wayne STEM Academy has partnered with LotterEase as a Lottery and Parent Communication System. Upon completion of the step-by-step process for registration within LotterEase you will receive an email at the registered email address confirming that your application was received.

What do I do after I submit the application?
The application and enrollment period will remain open until 4:00 PM on April 02, 2025. At that time the determination will be made as to whether a lottery will be required. If a lottery is determined as needed, it will be held on April 02, 2025 at 5:00p in a public forum. Results of the Lottery will be available the evening of April 02, 2025.
What do I do if my child is accepted to attend Wayne STEM Academy?
Students admitted to Wayne STEM Academy as of the Lottery date will have 7 days to accept or decline enrollment. Students admitted after April 09, 2025 and before the first day of school will have 7 days to accept or decline enrollment at the school. Any invitations offered after the first day of school have 48 hours for confirmation of enrollment.

What is Required?
Families will need to log in to EnrollEase to access and complete the Enrollment Packet. The only external document that will need to be uploaded to the system is a copy of the students Birth Certificate. Remaining information to be completed includes:
Student Last & First Name (as stated on Birth Certificate)
Student preferred name
Student’s Gender
Student Birthdate
Copy of Birth Certificate
