How do I apply to attend Wayne STEM Academy during the 2024-25 school year?

What grades does Wayne STEM serve?
For the 2024-2025 school, we will accept students grades K-4. Next year for 2025-2026, we will serve grades K-5.
Do I have to apply if my child is already enrolled at Wayne STEM Academy?
No, if your child is currently attending Wayne STEM they do not need to apply for next year.
What if I want to learn more about the school prior to completing the application?
Wayne STEM Academy will be hosting multiple events during the Application for Enrollment period. Events will be posted on the Wayne STEM Academy Facebook Page and reminders will be sent to families that have applied.
Look for Wayne STEM Academy Team Members around town at various community events!
How will I know if my application was submitted correctly?
Wayne STEM Academy has partnered with LotterEase as a Lottery and Parent Communication System. Upon completion of the step-by-step process for registration within LotterEase you will receive an email at the registered email address confirming that your application was received.

What do I do after I submit the application?
The application and enrollment period will remain open through April 01, 2024. At that time the determination will be made as to whether a lottery will be required. If a lottery is determined as needed, it will be held on April 01, 2024 at 5:00p in a public forum. Results of the Lottery will be available the evening of April 01, 2024.
What do I do if my child is accepted to attend Wayne STEM Academy?
Any student admitted to Wayne STEM Academy needs to complete the enrollment process by completing an Enrollment Packet as an indicator of acceptance. Enrollment Packets will be available electronically through our partnership with LotterEase. Students admitted to Wayne STEM Academy as of the Lottery date will have 7 days to accept or decline enrollment. Students admitted after April 10, 2024 will have 7 days to accept or decline enrollment at the school. If the school does not receive a completed Enrollment Packet in the specified time period, student enrollment may be declined.

What is Required?
Families will need to log in to EnrollEase to access and complete the Enrollment Packet. The only external document that will need to be uploaded to the system is a copy of the students Birth Certificate. Remaining information to be completed includes:
